Christmas in the Village of Woodbridge Our society continued to beautify Woodbridge Avenue! Under the direction of Gail Stephenson, members of the horticultural society prepared ribbons and bows, pine and cedar garland and boughs of blue spruce. A red ribbon garland was attached to the Woodbridge Avenue Bridge over a couple of days. Boughs of blue spruce adorn the entrance to the Historic Wallace House and Vaughan Hospice. Christmas boughs have also been placed at the corner of Meeting House and Clarence Street as well as the bridge on Vaughan Mills Road. The Horticultural society gratefully acknowledges the help and support of Maurizio Bevilaqua, Tony Carella, Lucy Cardile, Deb Schulte and city employees such as Jeffrey Childs, Carmen Mainella, John Aneriz and Aldo Panzica. They have been supportive in all our activities and we appreciate their assistance in helping beautify Woodbridge.
